I’m a teacher and a consultant. I work on projects with small businesses.

Over the past 20+ years of my career, I have created software applications, worked on technology implementation projects and taught teams of people how to use software to make their business work better.

I develop training courses to teach teams of sales reps how to better use their customer experience and relationship software.

In 2019, I founded Catalyst Consulting to serve solo-preneurs and small teams. I consult with my clients to establish better marketing and sales processes that will usher their customers through the entire customer journey.
